Terms of the competition. Regulation.

First: Participation in this competition involves the knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the present regulations, rules and conditions. The organizer, Core Security Technologies, reserves the exclusive right to interpret the rules, in case of unforeseen situations or imponderables, there is no right to any claim by participants.

Second: The competition will take place between December 20, 2009, at 3:00pm GMT, and December 21, 2009, at 3:00am GMT.

Third: The competition will be conducted through the website coretex.coresecurity.com where it will be available this regulation and competition rules, to be consulted.

Fourth: Competition authorities, employees of Core, or their relatives in the first degree of consanguinity, will not be allowed to participate in this competition.

Fifth: All those who participate in the competition must register and upload their contact information on the website where the competition takes place. The entries must be reliable. You are not allowed to register more than once.

Sixth: All participants of the competition will have their results on the website within 24 hours of competition end. Also winners will be notified of the results at the address of mail loaded on the site of competition.

Seventh: The awards will be handed over within 30 days of the end of the event, time and place to be informed in this page and determined by Core Security Technologies.

Eighth: The jury reserves the right to use the tools at its disposal to identify violations of these rules and to disqualify the participants involved.

Ninth: The awards are personal and the winners can not be transferred to third parties. The winners can not require the exchange for money.

Tenth: If within 10 days from the forwarded notice some of the winners are not filed, or for whatever reason, could not be awarded a prize, the prize will be used for future competitions.

Eleventh: Core Security Technologies reserves the right to release the names of the winners, as well as pictures of them, on any mass media that it considers relevant, and the winners are not entitled to compensation. Core Security Technologies reserves the right to use and/or release the solutions or test cases created by the participants of the competition, in various media including the website of the competition and the winners are not entitled to compensation.

Twelfth: Participation in the competition is individual. It is not permitted to participate in a group, or any kind of collaboration among the participants.
Source code presented for phase 1 should be entirely written by the presenting participant. Third party code is not allowed.
Any attempt to affect the proper development of competition, as well as attempts to obtain or alter information or systems of the event will be grounds for disqualification.


Bases de la competencia. Reglamento

Primera: La participación en esta competencia implica el conocimiento y la aceptación incondicional de las presentes bases, reglas y condiciones de la misma. El organizador, Core Security Technologies, se reserva el derecho exclusivo de interpretar las normas, en caso de presentarse situaciones imponder ables o imprevistas, no existiendo derecho a reclamo alguno por parte de los participantes.

Segunda: La competencia se llevara a cabo entre las 12:00 horas del 20 de diciembre de 2009, y las 24:00 horas del 20 de diciembre de 2009, hora de Buenos Aires.

Tercera:La competencia se realizará a través de la página we b coretex.coresecurity.com donde estarán a la vista este reglamento y la reglas de la competencia, para ser consultados.

Cuarta: No podrán participar del concurso los empleados ni autoridades de Core, ni sus familiares en primer grado de consanguinidad.

Quinta: Todos aquellos que participen de la competencia deberán registrarse y cargar sus datos de contacto en la sitio web en donde se realice la c ompetencia. Los datos ingresados deben ser fidedignos. No está permitido registrarse más de una vez.

Sexta: Todos los participantes de la competencia tendrán sus resultados en la página web dentro de las 24 horas de terminada la competencia. De tod as maneras se notificará a los ganadores de su resultado dentro de los 10 días hábiles de realizada la competencia, a la dirección de mail cargada en el siti o de la competencia.

Séptima: Los premios serán entregados dentro de los 30 días hábiles de terminada la competencia, la forma y lugar será informada por esta página a determinar por Core Security Technologies.

Octava: El jurado se reserva el derecho de usar todas las herramientas a su disposición para detectar y descalificar participantes que violen las reglas de la competencia.

Novena: Los premios son personales de los ganadores y no podrán ser transferidos a terceros. Los ganadores no podrán requerir el canje por dinero.< /p>

Décima: Si dentro de los 10 dias corridos de enviada la notificacion no se presentase alguno de los ganadores, o por la razon que fuere, no pudies e adjudicarse un premio, el mismo quedará como premio de futuras competencias a organizarse.

Décima primera: Core Security Technologies se reserva el derecho de difundir el nombre de los ganadores, como asi tambien imágenes de los mismos, p or el o los medios de difusión masivos que estimare pertinente, sin que los ganadores tengan derecho a compensación alguna. Core Security Technologies se reserva el derecho de utilizar y/o publicar las soluciones o los casos de prueba presentados por los participantes, en los medios que estime pertinentes, sin que los participantes tengan derecho a compensación alguna.

Décima segunda: La participación en la competencia es individual. No está permitido participar en forma grupal, ni ningún tipo de colaboración entr e los participantes.

Los códigos fuente propuestos para la fase de resolución deberán ser escritos enteramente por el participante. No está permitido incluir código de tercero s en las soluciones presentadas.

Cualquier intento de afectar el correcto desarrollo de la competencia, como así también intentos de obtener ó alterar la información ó sistemas del evento será motivo de descalificación.
